Device Compatibility and System Requirements
Our Android APK requires Android version 7.0 or later. We do not support older browsers like Internet Explorer or ancient Android versions, as they lack the security protocols and performance capabilities our platform requires.
Common Installation Issues and Troubleshooting
Android users sometimes encounter "Unknown source" or "Install blocked" errors. This occurs because Android's default security settings prevent installation of apps from sources outside the official Play Store. To resolve this, open Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special app access > Install unknown apps, find your file browser or download app, toggle the permission on, then retry the APK installation. If you see a "Certificate untrusted" warning during download, your browser may be flagging our APK as suspicious—this is a false positive common with lesser-known developers. Trust the certificate by tapping Continue or Install Anyway. iOS web app users who do not see push notifications should check Settings > Notifications and confirm that Safari (or your chosen browser) has notification permissions enabled. Desktop users experiencing slow loading should clear browser cache (Settings > Clear Browsing Data > Cookies and cached images) and disable ad blockers, which sometimes interfere with resource loading.
